Successfully supervised and coordinated all phases of construction since breaking ground September
2011. This new market rent apartment home community opened in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Developed
and implemented the property leasing program. Currently manage the community of 216 units, 5400 sq ft
Clubhouse including upscale amenities and pool during a full lease up. First of 18 Buildings took
occupancy in August 2012; all buildings completed as of February 2014. Additional responsibilities at
Stafford Preserve include: maintaining all managerial expectations including, managing leasing support
staff and maintenance staff, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently, resident retention, creating
marketing and advertising campaign for lease up, weekly and monthly reporting, periodically adjusting
rents. Along with, apartment availability, vacancy loss, occupancy, traffic reports, delinquency, evictions,
collection, move in move out, notice to vacate, renewals, and lock outs. Recently awarded with the
following 2014 FAME awards from The Shore Builders Association; Community of the Year Grand
award, Sales office for Multi Family, Architectural Product Design for a Multi Family, Clubhouse
Recreation Amenities, Interior Merchandising For Multi Family, Signage for a Multi Family, Brochure for
a Multi Family, Corporate Builder Logo.

team as an assistant manager and was promoted with in 1 year to the community manager. At the time the
property was 82% occupied and with the support of the leasing staff we were able to bring the property to
99% occupied with in one year and strongly maintain a consistent 99% occupancy rate. My
responsibilities as the community manager consisted of weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual
