Major Achievements:
Drove adoption of Softchoice.com platform, measured via visits (10%

annual basis.
Sponsored and led the adoption of Agile development methodology to
increase velocity of development and to deliver features more
steadily.
Sponsored and implemented several enterprise class tools to ensure
softchoice.com is best of breed for enterprise class users. Included
development of Multi-Level Purchase approval tool, enterprise
reporting, Order details 360 view, software renewal calendar, account
management tools, full site facelift (responsive), customer dashboard
(MySoftchoice), and more.
Contributed to the design of cloud.softchoice.com architecturally and
aesthetically, staffed all contracts, and managed all development
resources to deliver the product within a very aggressive timeline.

roadmap for the softchoice.com platform for all personalities of

Hiring of Full time and contract resourcing for delivery of

Budget creation and management for development projects.
Participate on sales calls (on site and via teleconference) to assist

Provided services for customers such as PC build, imaging, asset
tagging, delivery, installation, on-site technical support, retirement
and safe disposal of PC's, Servers, and network devices. Customers of
team include RBC, Marsh Canada, Manitoba Hydro, Brookfield, MPAC,
Toronto Police Services, CP Rail, Symcor, Barrick Gold, Apple, Just
Energy, and more.
Major Acheivements:
Created new team at Softchoice to ensure continued delivery of
services to former NexInnovations customers and to bring new service
offering to Softchoice.
Introduced several portfolio management and day to day management
tools to streamline process existing from former NexInnovations team.
Introduced balanced scorecard for measurement of customer
satisfaction, efficiency of employees, and service level monitoring.
Ensured service profitability through standardization of services
across partners, and introduction of account profitability measurement
tool.
Responsibilities:
Work with sales & RFQ teams to identify opportunities for managed
fulfillment services.
Provide quotes and statements of work to customers for all required
aspects of managed fulfillment services.
Provide pre-sales support on site with customers to determine fit and
clarify services to be provided.
Regular on-site visits with customers to provide project report cards
and updates.
Lead team of project coordinators/managers dedicated to providing on
time and accurate rollout of PC's, Servers, network devices.
Report project status via balanced scorecard to senior leadership team

Participated as blackbelt on a dedicated team of process improvement
experts to analyze existing internal processes and affect change throughout
organization.
Major Acheivements:
Ran project to onboard complex enterprise customer accounts such as
RBC that were acquired in Softchoice's acquisition of NexInnovations.
Utilized 6 sigma methodology to save Softchoice ~$800k in energy
savings.
Contributed to the build out of an internal Six Sigma training &
certification program at Softchoice that saw more than 60 employees
certified in a two year period.
Responsibilities:
Train internal employees on six sigma methodology & mentor them
through their projects to achieve orange and green belt
certifications.
Lead/facilitate process improvement projects identified as critical to
success of business.
Assist key departments in development of measurement plans & reponse
plans for managing their specific areas of the business.
Leverage tools from six sigma toolbox to assist business in making key
decisions in a methodical way.
Tools frequently used included: Project Charter, CTQ Tree, Ichikawa
diagram, Pareto, Process capability, hypothesis test, ANOVA,
regression, Rolled Throughput Yield, FMEA failure modes and effects

Working with auditors to ensure SOX compliance.
Management of several technical teams dedicated to specific
technologies. Technologies implemented & managed included: Red Hat
