Spearhead the project with multiple strategic verticals. Guide all aspects of testing including project charter, test
strategy, use case preparation, test case identification, and test plan sign off. Coordinate environment build out
and shakeout testing. Manage project deliverables, activities, dependencies and progress. Ensure adherence to

Plan ‘out-trades’ to ensure solution viability. Vet it across the departments to ensure division’s
objectives around deliverables are met.
Evaluate staff skills and plan enhancement to achieve long term goals
• When new FDPs are entered, collaborate across departments to gather cross dependencies and impacts.
Coordinate departmental estimate gathering. Assess impacts on the department’s portfolio. Plan ‘out-trades’ to
ensure viability. Coordinate implementation with the departmental Managers.
• Oversee monthly expenditure and ensure it aligns with the budget. Enforce compliance and mitigate
variance. The role ensures that the department stays under the $2.5 million profees budget while at the same time
maximizing the output.

Outsourcing and Vendor Management:
• Develop a strategy for outsourcing in collaboration with the department head.
• Actively Involved in the Vendor selection and contract negotiation process with the Procurement team.
