(COE) for Sales Performance Management (SPM) and all associated programs.

global framework of governance and standardization for SPM

functionality and usage to the business stakeholders to promote

adoption across the organization

. Responsible for developing and guiding a global staff to provide

solution subject matter expertise and consultancy to the business

. Led the consolidation of disparate corporate wide SPM vendor

relationships and pricing agreements, resulting in an anticipated

savings of $4.3M over 2 years

Led the global roll-out of Salesforce.com for the Regional IS divisions

(Latin American, Asia Pacific, Emerging Markets, Canada, and EMEA), as well

as other global IS programs to identify and implement process standards and

to harmonize between regional and corporate-based operations and resources.

. Led global IS Program to drive the global Salesforce.com (SFDC)

implementation by defining, developing, and confirming data

architecture for local source feeds by partnering with the Data

Integration COE, and managing 40+ distinct global work-streams to

gather and format locally sourced data for import to the SFDC data

repository through Informatica ETL technology.

in support of global packaging and labeling strategies for Covidien's $45M

re-branding initiative. Ensured all FDA regulations were complied with

through the validation lifecycle process for all solutions.

. Identified and implemented the: Global Packaging Artwork Solution

(GPAS); Translation Management System (TMS); Global Trade Identifier

Number (GTIN) allocation solution; and PRISYM (print-on-demand

labeling solution)

. Developed system architecture to incorporate multiple functional

solutions, providing a comprehensive schema to provide efficiencies,

seamless integration points, and to meet FDA regulatory compliance

requirements.

. Created and managed $ MM capital expense requests and annual

budgeting and forecasting, and managed, negotiated with, and motivated

external vendors in support of timeline and project deliverables.
