EXPERIENCE
Videojet Technologies Inc. (2001-11/2014)
• Field Service Engineer (2013-11/2014)
Wanted to bring everything gained and learned from the past few years back to
field in a new territory.
• Production Efficiency Analyst (2011-2013)
Brand new position created within Videojet that focused my talents solely on
selling service contracts. I worked with customers to review their production
and applications showing them unique ways to save them money. Selling
training was included later on. Both areas saw great success and growth which
in turn created job growth.
• Field Service Manager (2008-2011)
Managed 14 FSE’s in the Mid-South (TN, NC). This was a very valuable
experience giving me a much greater understanding of business culture, what
makes field service work and what doesn’t.
• Field Service Engineer (2001-2008)
Install, maintain, and upgrade industrial printers. Drive revenue growth using
various methods including selling service contracts. Continuous Inkjet
(hydraulic/pneumatic system), CO2 Laser, Drop on Demand, Thermal Transfer
and more.
Within a few years I tripled the revenue output of the East TN service region
creating job growth. The area now requires 4 FSE’s where previously it had only
required 1.
Certified Trainer. Traveling throughout the Eastern US delivering formal
customer technical training.
Technical Specialist. Had such an extensive knowledge of multiple product lines I
would travel the country providing high level technical assistance to customers
