Description
In this work the concept of Reverse Engineering is used to model
the gearbox casing. In Reverse engineering concept the coordinate
measuring machine (CMM) is used for taking th e dimension of
gearbox. Then with the help of AutoCAD and ProE
software then 2D and 3D drawings are prepared that we could achieve
what we have aimed for.
Project scope Further analysis can b e done on ANSYS.

Title Staircase Electricity Generator

● Production and Design Sheets, project costing analysis.
Description
The persons, which are climbing or getting down the staircase are
applying the impact force or thrust on the spring loaded stair case steps.
This impact pressure energy can be utilized to operate the energy
flywheel through unidirectional ratchet arrangement using chain and
sprocket wheel drive. The flywheel which stores the energy and utilizes it
for continuous rotation of the generator operating pulley and b elt
transmission system. This machine converts reciprocating motion into
rotary motion. The rotational power is stored in flywheel & flywheel
rotate alternator that generate electricity.
Project Scope
This source of power can be used at the station building, platform and
waiting rooms also by accumulating this low intensity electricity in
batteries, it can be supplied to the commercial complexes or shopping
complexes near by the railway station, big shopping malls or in big villages
or in towns where there is scarcity of electric supply.

Title Indirect Evaporative cooler
Description This project is under heat transfer. It includes design and manufacturing
of cooler. It consist of a clay pot filled with water in a thermally
insulated system, ambient air passed from one side and from other side
cooled air passed to the room and cooling is done due to convection
effect.
My Contribution Manufacturing and analysis.
Title Manufacturing of composite spur gear using Epoxy resin
Description In this project we had tried manufacturing of composite spur gear using
epoxy resin. At first we prepared wax mould then poured molten epoxy
resin in it, we also added fibers in epoxy to increase the additional strength.
