Project Management Tools:
• JIRA: It is issue- and bug-tracking software, which we and our Clients frequently use to
track and report bugs.
• O2ES: It is a internal tool, that we use for Invoicing purpose. It includes proposal
creation and tracking, mileage tracking, sales-lead management and expense tracking.
• ACE: A time-tracking tool specifically for teams. It features day-by-day time sheets,
exportable reports (in both PDF and Excel formats), drag-and-drop categories.
• Wiki: We use this tool to share files with other users, set access controls for individual
pages and folders, add other users to your wiki, monitor and track version changes and
more. We store all our Major documents over Wiki.
• Go2Meeting and Arkedin: Both are Web-conferencing platform that provides
collaboration tools for meeting online. Allows us to share our desktop with the Clients, as
well as share and present our documents. It has built-in voice-over-IP and
teleconferencing capabilities. We use these tools often for Demonstration of our products.
SAP: For invoicing and Client’s billing purpose. Client quotations are used to fetch bills every

Project 1: MPS Insight (PubStats – Publisher Stats):
Online Portal for Usage Data Solutions
Overview: MPS Insight is the new COUNTER
compliant service from MPS Technologies that
provide publishers with COUNTER compliant
reports for their library customers as well as a suite
of reports for the Publishers. Essentially, the process
is to help the Publishers to know the usage of reports
like full text article requests and searches and
sessions (hits, rejections) at their respective
Platforms. This would in turn help the Libraries to
download usage statistics from the Platform and
make budgeting decisions after analyzing the trend
and behavior of study by the end Customer.

My role includes the following:
• Responsible for the timely Project Deliveries.
• Responsible for meeting all relevant statutory and
mandatory requirements associated with

Procedures.

Database, Log Processing, Feeds generation and
final QA.
• Involved in Log Processing, Linux Commands
are used along with Excel tracking sheet which is
to be updated on hourly basis for final reports
generation. The uploaded data from the Client is
taken to our local system (MPS Insight tool) for
processing.
Project 2: Content Conversion
Overview: The threshold responsibility includes
delivering around 30,000 books in a span of 4 months.
Role: Team Lead (Team Strength 20)
My role included the following:
• End to end content conversion process from the point at
which the publisher provides MPS with the content in the
standard input formats to the point where the content is
live on the Digital content delivery platform.
• Conducting sessions with the team and implementing
innovative ideas.
Major Achievements:
Prepare a Macro to complete this task.

Project 3: Springer: Online Portal for e-Journals and e-
Books
Overview: Springer Protocols is the largest subscription-
based electronic database of reproducible laboratory
protocols in the Life and Biomedical Sciences. Springer
Protocols offers researchers access to nearly thirty years
worth of time tested, easily reproducible, step-by-step
protocols for immediate use in their lab.
Role: Quality Analyst
My role included the following:
• Downloading the contents from the FTP site via Filezilla.
• Extracting the contents and make the required changes.
• Quality auditing the processed contents after
them on to the Production Website.
Project 4: Book Store: Online Portal for e-Journals and e-
Books
Overview: Bookstore is digital
content delivery platforms that
will help publishers manage the
transition to new digital
publishing and distribution
models. Bookstore allows
publishers to hold and display
back list and front-list book
content in a consistent, stable
and secure digital repository for
delivery via multiple channels.
Role: Quality Analyst

• End to end content conversion
