Led team of 219 hourly production workers and 35 salary support producing tapered and
cylindrical bearing for the mining and Oil industry.
• Orchestrated a complete cultural change
from old company methods to new employee driven lean ideas that support the
company’s mission and vision.
• Reduced spending by 10% saving 450,000
on an annual operating budget.

95% though use of lean tools and pull system. ( on time delivery was improved from
upper 70’s to mid 80’s to the 90% range in 2 years.)
