Experience: August 2011 to the Present: I serve as a Marketing Specialist
and Account Manager performing marketing of products and services for the
Automotive industry (fleet services),and Tradeshow industry(carpets and
furniture). I contact clients via phone to introduce the products and
services, and follow up via engaging emails, memorandums, and meetings to
convey critical information to close the sale. I place 60 to 80 calls per
day to prospect new clients. I engage the prospect through fact finding

Experience: December 2008 to August 2011: Affordable Medical Resources. I
served as the Marketing Specialist responsible for all aspects of marketing
media which includes telephone, print advertisement, electronic, formal and
informal presentations to medical staff at hospitals, nursing and/or
assisted living facilities and other healthcare providers. I conduct
initial assessments with clients and their family members to raise the
comfort level of allowing our assisted living services in the clients'
homes and/or other facility and assure quality of service. I am highly
successful in this role and enjoy communication with the medical staff at
various institutions as well as the individuals in need of our services.
Additionally, I interviewed and recruited nursing staff to serve our

Experience: January 2008 to July 2008: United Health Group/OptumHealth. I
served as an Engagement Specialist conducting outreach via telephone to
customers to engage them in maximizing the healthcare benefits they have
with their employers who are high profile companies with exceptional
benefits. I partner the customers with health coaches who are registered
nurses to assure they receive the right providers, care, medications and
even life style changes, if necessary, to maintain optimum health.

effective engagement specialist.
Experience: November 2005 to August 2007 Educational Concepts Group and
Envision Communications: I served as an Administrative Specialist and
Account Coordinator. I contacted physicians throughout the country via
phone calls to have them serve as thought leaders or as participants in
continuing medical education (CME) programs. I also coordinated with the
CME Coordinators within hospitals and teaching institutions to schedule CME
programs on cancer topics. I worked the logistics for these programs and a
great portion of my time was devoted to marketing via telephone to assure
the programs success. I assisted with grant requests to fund the programs.
I traveled throughout the country working program logistics and assisted in
facilitation of discussions. I received various awards for my success in
this position.
Experience: April 3, 2004 to November 2005: Loan Officer with Money Corp
Mortgage. I provide mortgage services to individuals seeking to purchase,
sell, or refinance. I am familiar with various types of loan programs and
customize the program to the individual's needs. My goal is to exceed the
customer's expectations so that they will become repeat customers and refer
my services to others. I generate my own leads via advertising in local
newsletters, flyers, cold calls, and face-to-face contact. I research
information to assist first time buyers and those with credit challenges in
achieving their goal (i.e., homeowner assistance programs, and credit

Experience: November 18, 2001 to March 24, 2004, Environmental Protection
Specialist, GS-0028-11, EPA Region 4 Air Pesticides and Toxics Management
Division. I serve as an Enforcement Officer for the Emergency Planning and
Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Program. I performed environmental
liaison work such as assisting the State Emergency Planning Committees with
implementing emergency plans. I provided program guidance, oversight and
training for internal and external customers. I conducted inspections of
facilities that store, manufacture and/or use hazardous chemicals;
documenting violations to the EPCRA and CERCLA statutes. I assessed
penalties against facilities not in compliance with the laws and built
cases that will hold up in a court of law. I also provided compliance
assistance to aid facilities in complying with the law. I served as a
Project Officer for program grants and closely monitor the grantees
progress from cradle to grave. I assisted grantees in development of
quality proposals by reviewing and critiquing application packages and
providing technical and policy guidance. I assisted in the development and
negotiation of work plans; tracked funding and other data; and performed
the full spectrum of post-award monitoring. I served on evaluation panels
for selection of grantees through a rating and ranking process. I prepared
the EPCRA program newsletter and hosted conferences and workshops. I
served as a CAMEO (i.e., Geographic information tool) software instructor.
I served as a division point of contact for the Environmental Justice
Program and managed grants supporting this initiative. I also administer
grants for the Chemical Emergency Preparedness and Prevention Office
(CEPPO) program.
Experience: March 26, 2000 to November 18, 2001, Environmental Protection
Specialist, GS-0028-09, EPA Region 4 Air Pesticides and Toxics Management
Division. I performed environmental program administration work such as
grants management and environmental liaison work for air programs. I
served as a grants Project Officer and exercised business management
responsibilities for Air Pollution Control, Pollution Prevention (P2),
Persistent Bioaccumlative Toxic (PBTs), Radon, Lead, Poly-Chlorinated
Biphenyls (PCBs), State and Local Continuing Program, Non-Profit, and
Chemical Emergency Preparedness Prevention Office (CEPPO) grants and
cooperative agreements. I assisted grantees in preparation of application
packages, processed grant packages for award by the Region 4 Grants
Management Office (GMO), and performed cradle to grave monitoring and
business management of grantees progress for continuing program grants and
special project grants. I negotiated work plans and provided policy and
technical guidance to assure the objectives of the proposals were
accomplished in a timely manner. I independently performed post-award
monitoring of grantees (both on-site and via desk reviews) and implemented
corrective action plans when necessary. I participated in program related
conferences/workshops and conference calls with technical program Project
Officers where my primary role was grants expert. I facilitated and hosted
grants related workshops sponsored by the agency. My customers are

Experience: December 7, 1998 to March 26, 2000, Budget Assistant, GS-0561-
07. I served as a part-time Budget Assistant assigned to the EPA Region 4
Comptroller Division, Budget Branch. I reviewed funding documents (i.e.,
travel authorizations, grants, purchase requests, commitment notices,
Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) worksheets, etc.) for
correctness and funds availability prior to certifying funds. I prepared
detailed reprogramming requests, correction memorandums and other
correspondence for the divisions within EPA Region 4. I prepared Regional
budget utilization reports which included training, travel, expenses,
contracts, and grants utilizing the agency's Integrated Financial
Management System (IFMS) and the Management Accounting and Reporting System
(MARS). I also served as a full-time Environmental Protection Specialist
(on a detail), May 15, 1999 to March 26, 2000, assignment in the EPA Region
4 Waste Management Division, Customer Service Office where I processed
Freedom of Information Requests. I conducted detailed reviews of site
files and prepared formal responses to the requesters determining the
agency's official position regarding release, non-release, or partial

Experience: June 7 1997 to December 7 1998: Executive Administrative
Assistant, GS-0303-07. I served as the Executive Administrative Assistant
for the Command Executive Officer and the Director of Public Affairs, HQ
U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC). I participated in the management of the
office by performing a variety of administrative duties. I assisted in
managing the office budget and prepared a wide variety of recurring
financial and statistical reports for the purpose of budget execution and
reconciliation. I performed data collection and analysis in support of

the Chief, Installation Services Division, Defense Contracts Management
Command (DCMC) Atlanta, participating in the management of the office by
performing a variety of administrative and analytical duties. I maintained
the office calendar assuring all engagements and action items were met. I

Contract Waivers ad Deviations, Performance Labor Management Accounting
