Work Experience

This year I worked on a new program with American visitors to Corfu. I manage d and ran 3 luxury
villas, acting as concierge to one and working with my team in the other two. We deal with every
aspect of running the villas, creating personal, detailed itineraries for our guests and all the
administration required for these processes. Organizing excursions and information tailored to our
guests needs was an essential part of this role but customer service and satisfaction is our primary
goal. Insuring every part of their experience ran smoothly involved everything from booking airport
assistance, transfers, researching information, times and itineraries, ordering flowers, cakes and
private chefs to booking boat hire, personal trainers and horse riding excursions.
December 2013 Snow Chateaux
-March 2014 Chalet host responsible for customer care, menu planning and cooking for up to nine guests a week in
the French Alps. Sole responsibility for cleaning, care and upkeep of chalet and guest relations.
2006 – 2013 Thomson Villas with Pools
Villa concierge with responsibility for up to 24 villas across Corfu Island. Duties including airport meet
and greet, customer care 24/7, overseeing maintenance, cleaning and hamper supplies. During guests
stay I provided information on island amenities and sold the tours available, I was also responsible for
discovering and setting up new excursions for our niche market. I also dealt with office administration
for the program, including dealing with reservations, accounts, marketing and pre arrival enquiries.
