Geologist December 2011-Present

• Collaborate daily with land, drilling, reservoir engineering, production, completions and others to

implement asset development plans effectively maximizing economic value.

• Produce, analyze and interpret stratigraphic and structural maps and logs, and identify new

opportunities for hydrocarbon recovery.

• Assist reserves team in calculating EUR’s, risk of uncertainty, and the generation and simulation

of reservoir models.

• Provide geological expertise for the preparation and execution of horizontal wells while actively

geosteering and monitoring real time data using MWD, muddlogs and structure maps ensuring

proper placement of the borehole within a specific 10’ to 40’ target zone.

• Streamline inter-office well planning and well site communication throughout all planning and

drilling stages to ensure an efficient drilling program.

• 100% success drilling over 20 Marmaton horizontal wells in the Oklahoma panhandle and

continue to complete, on average, approximately two per month.

• Create structure and production exhibits and testify under oath as an expert in petroleum geology

for drilling and spacing units and location exceptions to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

• Timely send geologic data to other working interest owners in each well, where required.
