ACADEMIC WORK AND EXPERIENCE

1. Nutcracker in diploma project.

. The Design of Nutcracker is modeled in Pro-e Software to analyze

the Stress, Load and the factor of safety.

. Design was made for ease of cutting the nuts by applying less

load. The prototype was fabricated and demonstrated.

2. Rain measurement instrument.

. This instrument was built up with the help of the cut of sensor to

measure the level of water. The VB.net software is used to build

up the User interface and to do the calculation water level

measurement.

. This Instrument was modeled in Pro-E software.

3. Multi nut remover ( B. Tech final year project)

. This instrument is designed to ease the removing of all the nut of

Tyre of vehicle at a time, Hence it reduce the time as well as the

human effort. This can be used in the F1 Races to change the car

tyres so quickly.

. The different part of this instrument like wheel support, gear,

barring and handle are designed and modeled with Pro-E tool.

. The stress, Load and thermal analysis were also on model through

Pro-E.
