Assistant Maintenance Technician Supervisor

• Respond to resident/management requests and Service Requests.

• Use Service Requests and schedules to establish priorities. Supervisor’s requests and emergencies

• Repair/replace any apartment material/maintenance requests within scope of management

• Identify and correct hazardous property conditions. During normal course of duty look for needed

damage that have taken place or that may occur.

• Assisted in laying, and aligning bricks, blocks to build or repair structures.

• Break or cut bricks, or blocks to size using edge of trowel, hammer, or power saw.
