hours a day of a 24-hour operation. Coordinated multidisciplinary
manufacturing including alternators, starter motors and their
subcomponents, CNC machining centers, and die casting. Oversaw up to 200
direct reports. Managed plant production capacity and productivity while

Quality Control Supervisor / Production Supervisor (plant closed)
Supervised the aluminum extrusion division of operations including MPE,
round tube 6", and 7" billet presses. Coordinated teams producing precision
tubing, OEM products, heat exchange equipment, automotive cooling systems,
and commercial automotive air condition tubing according to client
specifications. Collaborated with engineers to tighten product design and
realign fabrication processes. Supervised (closed die) Hot Forge and T-6
Heat Treating departments for Tier 1 OEM clients, conducted samplings / to
spec also, ran and scheduled CMM reports, and contributed to quality and
engineering for superior products. Produced pistons for Ford motor company.
In charge of 24 production employees and 20 some quality technicians
inclusive of two layout labs and worked with met/lab manager.

Directed second shift plant operations including human resources,
productivity, and quality assurance. Developed a training matrix for each
employee on the shift, selecting training modules based on individual needs
analysis. Coordinated production lines for home audio, surround systems,
commercial systems, event speakers, and OEM automotive speakers.
