WORK HISTORY
2011-2014 Austin Inc., Houston TX

Responsible for 22 maintenance mechanics of all crafts to perform
pm’s and repairs per schedule with safety, quality and performance
included. Also maintain headcount through hiring process and hire
extra for Tar’s when needed then maintain chart on rework and
delays monthly. Assist planner on small capitol projects to
determine if outside resources is needed to accopmpish to the Tar
schedule date on the planning and execution to make sure all dead
lines and planned cost is met. Work with operations to keep clear
understanding of when all tie ins can be shceduled and meet that
schedule. Stay in close contact with engineers for any scope
change that may be required and be aware of schedule requiring
time added to Tar. Identify and discuss in meeting so we can look
as a group to use ideas to make up for time if possible. Make sure
billing is kept up to date and monitor overtime. We also
accomplished a zero recordable year and on our cost saving
program we were able to save an immediate figure of $43,545
dollars which will lead to a annually saving of $238,815 dollars
concerning residue gun rebuild.
2012- 2013 Project Manager at Noltex Plant, Laporte TX
Responsible for 22 production workers and 12 maintenance
mechanics which I would maintain headcount through hiring
process and in the production side of the boxing and bagging would
be monitored daily as well as the mechanical on safety, quality and
productivity also maintained records on personnel and billing. We
also accomplished a zero recordable year. Before Tar the planner
and would work with engineers and outside out resources to walk
out all small capitol project jobs to get full scope and get bids in
place then I would follow all pre-work by getting operations notified
of bids in place then I would follow all pre-work by getting
operations and engineering notified of work being performed and
permits in place. Also perform safety audits daily to meet zero
tolerance to plant procedures then do audits with engineers to
make sure all the work is meeting requirements and have a chance
to make scope changes before Tar starts and when the Tar starts
meet with operations and confirm al dates for tie-ins for the
schedule to reflect the timing for all items to be completed.
