EXPERIENCE
March 2014 – Present
Development Manager, The Cleaning Authority – Residential home cleaning service with 180 franchises around North America
Working with new franchise candidates, I manage their discovery process from company introduction through a 10 -12 week
investigation. Using specialized mapping software, I have expedited the time it takes to create a territory, importing US Census data
specific to the marketing requirements outlined in our Franchise Agreements. I coordinate candidate visits to our corporate office
and serve as the point of contact throughout their validation of The Cleaning Authority’s recurring cash -based business model.
I’ve produced an overview of all current franchises, and have identified 130 potential areas around the US that could be
developed using database import functionality. This could create more than $2M from franchise fees and immeasurable
marketing returns within a 10 year franchise agreement.
February 2012 – March 2014
Project Coordinator, Production Resource Group – The world’s leading supplier of entertainment and event technology
Reporting to the CEO of the Washington, DC Depot, I was responsible for handing the logistics and onsite support of sev eral high
profile events. Working with area hotels I contracted space for event staff and AV technicians to work and stay, and acted a s
Production Assistant during set up and the main event. Managing production timelines, assisting with script writing and office
administration were also part of my event coordination responsibilities.
Point of contact for the United States Secret Service during the 2012 Republican National Convention and 2013 Official
Presidential Inaugural Balls. Background checks were required for every employee involved in both events, and I created a
process of employee acknowledgment documents to facilitate the short lead time from contract execution to event start.
I successfully implemented Salesforce.com database into the DC Depot, entering historical data and preparing financial
reports to create accurate forecasting of anticipated revenues.
November 2005 – February 2012

Event Manager, Nucletron Corporation - The knowledge-based leader in Brachytherapy radiation oncology treatment technology
Within a team of product specialists I managed 3 major tradeshows each year, along with regional workshops and continuing
education sessions around the US and Canada. I was also in charge of the annual company kick off meeting, brining employees from
more than 12 countries to the US to celebrate the previous year’s success and strategize for the coming fiscal year. I had ownership
of every event to facilitate its success. I managed site selection and hotel contract negotiation, plenary sessions and breakout
meetings, developed a team of volunteers from various departments to provide input and manpower during the meetings and was
the point of contact for every event held in the US and Canada during my te nure. Nucletron was acquired by Elekta, another cancer
technology company wanting to enter the field of Brachytherapy. The Columbia office was closed and staff relocated to Atlant a, GA
in February 2012, where the home office of Elekta resides. I declined to relocate.
Promoted to Event Manager after my success in Training Department as Clinical Support Coordinator.
Tradeshows, meetings and events contributed to annual financial result of EUR 112M/$155M globally, with an EBITDA of
EUR 20M/$27M. Tradeshow, meetings and events attributable for 46% of company -wide sales.
The total budget for Annual Company Kick Off Meetings over 4 years was $1,176,787.38, with a final cost of $1,173,924.94,
showing that I was able to stay within a 1% margin of error on my initial budget estimates.
Designed an applicator display table for tradeshows that solved an ongoing issue of combining a display case, storage
cabinet and surface area for hands on demonstrations. It is the only piece still in use after the acquis ition.
In 2009 the Training Coordinator’s responsibilities were merged with my position, allowing me to seamlessly manage all US
office events simultaneously.
November 2001 – November 2005
Clinical Support Coordinator, Nucletron Corporation – Educating medical staff around the world to treat cancer at the site
I began by reorganizing the Training Department filing system that had not been maintained previously. I then created a pape rwork
process for customers wanting to register for training courses, an d eventually digitized it by setting up an online system through
RegOnline. Training schedules were synchronized with the tradeshow and event calendars to ensure sufficient coverage, and we
began offering remote training in Indianapolis, IN and Mountainvi ew, CA for more accessibility to our customers.
Single handedly responsible for coordinating the first approvals for Physicist continuing education credits in our device fie ld
