Cancer Centre and Oncology Nurses Association of India on 16.11.2012

• Participated as delegate in the workshop on “Updates in Emerging and re-emerging

infectious diseases” organized by Department of Community Health Nursing,Sree

Gokulam Nursing College,Venjaramoodu on 20th February 2014.

ACHEIVEMENTS:

1.Participated in the Pulse Polio Immunisation Programme on 23.02.2014 as booth volunteer

in Community Health Centre,Kallara.

2. Participated in Quiz competition conducted by The Student Nurse’s Association of India

and got second prize at Zonal level and also participated in cultural and writing competition

conducted by S N A, India and got several prizes.

3. Presented paper on “ Alcoholic Prohibition” conducted by District excise department and

got first prize and cash award.

4. Got A+ grade for Sugam Hindi exam conducted by Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha.

5.Participated in shool,sub district and district level science and arts festivals and got so

many prizes.

6. Am the second topper of my institution during the academic year of 2010-2014.
