and Planning Supervisor. Responsible for approximately 50 administrative
personnel, 210 craft personnel and 68 Subcontractors. Responsible for Cost
& Schedule for the Repair & Modernization of Nuclear Aircraft Carriers.
- CVN Deputy Project Manager, Todd Pacific Shipyards, November 2009 - May
2010, Managed the planning effort for a $26M Planned Industrial
Availability. Developed and implemented a PERT planning process for the
creation of a resource loaded schedule. Developed a Training Program for
Managers and Supervisors on all aspects of project management. Prepared
numerous lessons plans and trained over 120 PMT personnel. Spearheaded Work
Integration effort with the public shipyard, ship's force and contractors.
Ensured that all contract deliverables, including the integrated schedule
and work/test control documents were submitted on time - a first time
accomplishment for the program.

including the preparation of feasibility studies, erosion control,
