CNC Machine Operator

2014
Operated 8 to 10 machines which grind points onto various sized drill bits.
Responsible for loading, unloading, inspecting, counting, and packing pointed
drill bits either to be shipped to customers or for split pointing. Maintained
machine operation and notified setter of mechanical problems. Filled out
appropriate documentation and entered required data into computerized
tracking/inventory system.
2010– 2012 Curve Review/Lot Release
Robert Bosch LLC through HTI, Anderson, SC
Review graphical curve data related to a specific process in the manufacturing
of automotive transmission parts and flag parts as “suspect” that produce
abnormal curves. Release quantities/lots of reviewed parts, via computer
utilizing the logistical component of a SAP application, to be shipped to
customers.
Expanded Duties as of June 2011 – Support manufacturing engineers in the
testing/analyzing of various part failures using flow benches, in-process multi-
testers, and computer applications to determine possible causes leading to
corrective actions.
2007 – 2009 Tester/Material Handler
DISH Network (EchoStar), Spartanburg, SC
Conducted Final Test procedures on various TV satellite receivers to insure
compliance and operability prior to direct shipment to customers or installation
by technicians in customer homes. Operated a computerized work bench to
analyze each receiver for function then routed it to the appropriate area.

Completed/passed rigorous and thorough pre-employment screening. Utilized
various electrical, battery and air powered hand tools to assemble specific
components onto the Z4 and X7 BMW automobile. Learned several different
job processes and successfully completed them with minimal mistakes and/or
defects.
1994 - 2006 Water Treatment Operator/Lab Technician
SJWD (Startex Jackson Wellford Duncan) Water District, Lyman, SC.
Act as Operator-in-Charge of shift in absence of WTP Manager. Operate the
12.5MGD (max. capacity) surface water treatment plant in accordance with the
Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), SC-DHEC and US-EPA requirements and
regulations. Regulate treatment processes, calculate chemical feed rates and
adjust pumps to maintain desired water quality. Inspect and maintain plant
equipment for proper operation. Monitor and analyze samples for pH, TSS,
chlorine residual, alkalinity, hardness, turbidity, and bacteria from treatment
process and raw waters. Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for
SDWA and SC-DHEC purposes. Monitor and control SCADA based plant and
distribution computer system.
