• Define Technical solutions by preparing technical elements of proposal
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating the methodology how to
work with these products.
• Troubleshoot on applications & resolve the issues effectively & successfully in
coordination with technical support.
• Negotiating conditions to meet both customer and company needs &
Calculating customer quotations and administering customer accounts.
• Follow up for the quotations given & converting them into orders.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending t rade shows, conferences and
other marketing events.
