Objective
Obtain a position working with AutoCAD, data entry, document control,
requisitions and similar. My long term goal is to work as an AutoCAD
designer and utilize my previous 8.5 years of plant experience including
2.5 years welding (stick plate and pipe) to produce high quality pipe
designs.
Summary of Qualification
Currently I am enrolled in AutoCAD courses and plan to pursue advanced pipe
design. For approximately 8.5 years, I have worked various jobs in
chemical plants and refineries from fire watch to pipe fitter helper to
welder mostly in the Houston area and in Louisiana. I am a self-motivated
individual with a very strong work ethic. Taking initiative, problem
solving and completing the job make me proud of my work. I enjoy working
with others on team projects. Busy environments requiring strong mental
focus and multi-task responsibilities make me happy to arrive at work. I
am always eager to learn new things
