•Implemented centralized service desk for 8,000 end users that reorganized all IT departments, improving

service delivery, customer service, and quality assurance.

•Drove highly successful Hyperion financial software upgrade project that converted 6 years of Dean Foods

financial history and included rewrite of 120+ financial reports.

•Spearheaded company wide implementation of Kronos timekeeping system at 105 plants, 20,000 employees,

nationwide, standardizing payroll for entire company and increasing accuracy and efficiency.

•Guided day to day support activities of service desk, user provisioning, all personal computers, and installed
