Project:1

Title:“DESIGN OF 50 TON HYDRAULIC LOAD TEST FIXTURE”.

Team Size: 4

Role: Designing of Load Test Fixture.

Description: During the processing of solid motors S-139 and S-200 in SDSC SHAR,

large tonnage segments and components are to be handled by using load carriers which

consist of slings, Dee shackles, bow shackles and brackets. To facilitate ease of load

testing it is proposed to test using Hydraulic system which can be loaded up to 50 tons.

The test setup consists of hydraulic system, base frame and inter connectors. Based on the

design calculations, relevant beams and other brackets are selected to see that the stresses

and deflections are within the allowed values.

Project:2

Title: “DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF BOILER VESSELS”.

Role: Designing of Boiler Vessels.

Description: Boiler Vessels such as Reactor Vessels, Preloading Tank and Dilution Tank,

all these vessels are rejected because of defects in the welded joints. These joints are

reworked with different mechanical operations and redesign the vessels before welding

the parts together.

Project:3

Title: “SMS TAG”.

Description: Completely Offline & free SMS collection of all kind of SMS like Love,

Motivational, Inspirational, Good night, Jokes, Miss you, Get well soon etc.!

Send love and missing you SMS to your dearest ones.
