AUGUST 1 2011-JULY 1 2014- Buildings & Grounds Superintendent St.Jeromes church
and school oversaw complete operations of 7 buildings inside and out plus 5 cemeteries
maintenance and burials .Due to 4 church mergers my position was eliminated
March 2007 – Present : Purchase,Renovate,Re-Hab then Sell or rent single,and multi family
housing, through out Lehigh and Carbon Countys.
April 2004 –October 2009: Owner/President
Mahoning Valley Country Club and The Fairways Tavern & Grille,Lehighton,
Pa.Purchased existing 79 year old Golf country club and after numerous renovations
converted it to a semi-private club open to the public.
December 2001 –January 2008 (Total Operations turned over to my son Jan.08)
Owner/President Motola’s Paving Inc. Lehighton, PA. purchased existing 32-year-old
Asphalt paving business doing commercial and residential paving.
August 1997 to April 2005:
Owner/President & Property Manager Gilly’s Mobile Home Park, Allentown Pa. Brought
existing 50 year old Mobile Home Park and in the first 3 years upgraded 87 of the existing
101 homes, by removing homes 15 years and older and replaced them with new
homes.Managed and owned the Community for 8 years.
January 1992 to December 2002:
A&A Consulting Services Allentown, PA. Consulting Business; Managed the operations
of 3 mobile home parks totaling 689 homes.Collected rents,oversaw all maintenance,file
& attend court hearings,monitor all tenant-landlord relations,mediate disputes,etc.Plus
oversaw the redesign of line flows and material storage at 2 modular home plants.
January 1992 to April 2002:
Owner/President Epic Erectors Allentown PA. Modular Commercial building distributor
and erector for PA, NJ. NY, MD, Washington DC.
November 1986 to December 1991:
Owner/Operator Epic Landscaping & Lawnmaintenance .Bought a small 4 person
company and built it into the third largest commercial landscaping and
lawnmaintenance company in Pinellas County Fla.
September 1982 to October 1986:
President/GM Contemporary Shelter Technology Wildwood, Fla.,Pre-Fabricated
Panelized Home Manufacturer First of its kind steel studs and poured molded gypsum
walls and ceiling. Helped design this total system and I designed and laid out a whole
new manufacturing facility to build these homes.
August 1977 to August 1982:
GM Bayside homes Largo Florida was originally hired to convert a mobile home facility
into a true modular home plant to produce single and multi family homes.
1969- 1977 :Business man Tamaqua, Pa. owned managed and maintained 28 apartment
units.Also owned and operated a Tavern & Grille.
