- Negotiated and closed over ten bilateral debt facilities totalling $300m, a $400m syndicated loan facility, $150m in
capital leases, a $150m A$MTN, a $70m receivables facility and two large ECA term loans (COFACE and US Exim);
- Supported M&A activity ($60m in overseas divestments and $300m in acquisitions) by ensuring compliance with all
credit platform and ratings-related matters;
- Developed ‘Share of Wallet’ framework to ensure equitable treatment across key banking and bonding relationships;
- Contributed to the strategizing, presentation and implementation of key corporate finance initiatives including capital
structure optimization, extension of term debt maturity profile, share buybacks and dividend policy;
- Managed all aspects of the group’s contingent liability instrument (bank performance bonding, surety bonding and Doc
LC) program comprising over 1,200 issued instruments totalling over $900m under a ~$1.4bn aggregate limit;
- Rebuilt and managed the group’s cash and working capital management framework. This enabled Treasury to spend
more time strategizing (two extra hours per day) and analyzing debt utilization and short-term investment decisions; and
- Created key analytical framework regarding interest rate, lease vs buy (extrapolated implied op-lease interest rates) and
comparative debt pricing (unbundled swap, margin and credit spread components of on-and-off shore opportunities).

- Built more than 30 pro-forma DCF models for large real assets. Knowledge of pro-forma returns was essential in
communicating commercial viability of TDIC projects to fixed-income investors and ratings agencies;
- Managed key elements (documentary due diligence, prospectus development, legal review) in $2.5bn of 144a and
Islamic RegS GMTN issuances under the group’s $4.5bn global DCM program; and
- Built the group’s consolidated cash flow model aggregating over two-hundred mixed-use real estate projects. This
enabled the company to improve its debt utilization forecasting function reducing unnecessary revolver drawdowns.
