2011-Present Sr. consultant, EIA VL Contract Laboratory INC. Data
warehouse lead on EDM extension middleware app (designed a highly adaptive
enterprise data model and metadata repository); Responsible for overseeing
technical solutions alternatives and final implementation in a parallel proto-type
platform to find and automatically correct the data integrity problems of existing
databases or any data source; increased data quality and consistency across
online database systems by developing and adhering to a subset based EA
framework developed by my company; Developed dynamic online Master Data
links within the source systems( virtual MDM repository) using proprietary Agile

3/2010-7/2011 Business Intelligence(BI) Federal Contract NetStar- Project
lead -Analysis of existing data sources and data marts to improve BI
functionalities; Promoting DMBOK practices as the technical lead on Tri-Health
Care System’s data mart design and MDM staging ‘to-be’ proposal; teaching and
providing design guidelines on various data warehousing efforts such as
inclusion of organizational business requirements into ERD to maintain
application independence; Provided plans to fit within EIA framework which shifts
to a vertical approach to LOB data integration.
3/2006-8/2009 Sr. EIA Architect and Project Manager-Responsible for
enterprise-wide data governance, MDM design and overseeing massive data
cleansing efforts –Led a team of 12 DBAs and engineers involved in coding and
extensive re-modeling including detailed
manual checks of data volumes; set formal procedures for SME interactions and
corporate-wide access of business data through UML notations and diagrams.
Winstar Telecommunications Inc., Project Manager (enterprise master data
management and integration of existing databases 4/1999-10/2005)
Hired and managed a team of 14 data architects and BAs to work on the
development of Winstar’s enterprise-wide data and process ‘to be’ models;
defined and documented the requirements of candidate models (EDI,MDM of
today); delivered specification and design of the (2000+ entity) corporate ER
Diagram; successful modification of organizational (Order,CS,provision,billing)
logical data and process models leading to significant improvements in data
quality. Seminar instructor on modeling and normalization;The development tasks
were as follows; parallel db setup and meetings with various corporate staff and
documentation of the enterprise model-and DDL in Designer2K; For the first time
corporate data definitions were mapped and made shareable across all
development platforms (Oracle 9g, SQL server, excel,flat files). Selected the

Developed requirements analysis documentation and questionnaires by
evaluation of existing reports, SME interviews and recent I/O patterns; point of
contact for the preliminary ‘to-be’ data model of national breast cancer database
to physicians and staff; Defined data dictionary and assigned tasks to the

Sr. EIA consultant to the MIS department on the establishment
of the Enterprise Architecture framework; Analysis of applications,
data models, backup and recovery plans, platforms and tools; Oracle DBA
responsible for performance and tuning of an SMP (load
balancing) HP-ux Unix OS running 3 Oracle instances(high volume
distributed transactions) replicated via Oracle multi-master
symmetric replication method. EIA framework later purchased by Wells Fargo

Financial data warehouse architect- defined project and guidelines;
examination of existing legacy and processes and databases(3000+ entities) to
determine content and granularity level required to accommodate the diverse and
complex financial rules and requirements across secure external user views;
designed the first loan administration dimensional data model (STAR schema)
central to other subject areas; used ER-WIN data mart component to serve as
the central meta BI data repository; defined the staging area setup and the
mapping structures
Winstar Telecommunications inc (1/1997-12/1999).
Project Manager- Full life cycle development of the enterprise-wide data model
and EDM repository(similar to MDM of today); Defining, setting and
documenting specific standards and procedures for information strategy and
integrated planning of the organizational valuable business data;
Consolidating the existing disparate business area databases and other data
sources into a detailed conceptual model by resolving previous data anomalies
and lack of logical independence; developed a three tier client server architecture
to be implemented by my development DBA team ; The
information architecture supported a distributed transaction processing
environment (multiple ORACLE RDBMS nodes) with a single business rules
validation layer.

parameters to optimize the performance of distributed database systems (C/S

site backup for an automated secure entry system; Developed standards on the

US Order and VISA (2/1996-12/1998)
Project manager responsible for the US order billing applications and
database system; defined the external user views, logical and physical
level specifications and implementation of RDBMS;
Resolved requirements conflicts and performed data modeling to
precisely represent the structures and entity relationships of the
organizational model; Installed and configured the database server

Developed application interface routines (ESQL/C 7.1 and shell
