SME and single technical point of contact for national accounts.

. Pep Boys(800 location MPLS, PCI Compliant), Designed installed and

maintained all technical aspects of installation, design and time

frame for hosted voice(VoIP) phones at each location with MPLS leading

back to SunGard data center and home office in Philadelphia, PA with

protocols built in for failover at the store level for DSL backup and

the host level of OSPF for 100Mbs MPLS hosted failover.

. Genesco (1400 MPLS, national and international locations, PCI

Compliant), Re-termed($12,000,000 MSA) customer for 4 years contract

providing all new equipment with MPLS redesign for redundant host

location coming out of different Cities, and up to 8 Vlans and Vlan

trunks coming back to host with Airtight AP's as Wi-Fi for private and

pubic internet at store,. Technical lead for project team for their

store of the future program.

. Resource Bank (14 Location) Designed an implemented MPLS network with

OSPF failover for all location for data center access, BGP for

firewall access and VRRP for last mile access. Test conclude that

customer could unplug firewall at one location and all location failed

over to redundant route and firewall at redundant site

Also support 8 reps in the LA/MS Region. Design and implemented MPLS data

networks, specializing in redundancy of last mile, and using the protocols

of BGP, OSPF and VRRP for redundant failover. Also proposed and presented

host Voice (VOIP) as support for sales. Performed needs analyzes, process

design, Visio, and implementation project management of large installation

of MPLS, and VOIP. Also consulted data center engagements where the

customers were relocating all their data to our data center (Flex Pods

VMware environment ) including MPLS to the data center and

security/firewall (Sonic, Cisco ASA 550 and Fortinet).

Service Billing LLC 8-2006 to 12-

2013

President/CEO- Startup accounting firm that specialized in out sourcing

accounts receivables of US based businesses offering "fee for service."

Lead software development team using Green Belt TQM and PMO Technology to

produce and implement web-based applications. Performed discovery of

clients needs and analyst of wants and lead applications team in building

website in, HTTPS, HTTP, HTML, ASP.NET, SQL, Voice XML and Crystal Reports.

Tested all results and create all documents for the project and

documentation for client use. Lead Data team including 2 CCNE's in

configuring and maintaining routers, firewalls and disaster recovery. Hired

and supervised IT staff of over 20 people, maintained and met budgets

expectation with owners. Supervised CCNE and data network including

VoIP(Cisco Call Manager), routers, Firewall, switches and all voice data

lines. Sales of the application service grew to over 200 customers

nationwide. Supervised operations, capital, budgets, personal,

implementation, and reported progress to board meetings and partners.

Soft Train, INC/DoD 2-2009 to 1-

2011

Technical Trainer/Consultant, A+/ Network+/Security+/Cyber Warfare/Security

- Adjunct Instructor teaching DoD Personnel at Multiple Air Force, and Navy

bases on the Gulf Coast, including the Naval War College and Naval Undersea

Warfare center. Handled all aspects of the DoD contract. Taught courses for

certification of A+, Network+ and Security+, including, OSI model, Security

rules and implementation and Cyber Warfare. Wrote paper for the Navy on the

"Perfect Password", explaining the use of foreign languages to help end-

users remember their password.

TelCove/ Level 3 Communications 2-2005 to 7-

2006

Sales Engineer Project Lead- Responsibilities include the sale support,

design, presentation and implementation of EoS wide area networks,

including integration of security, voice, data, VoIP, and Internet.

Major Accomplishments include:

. FEMA- Shot 2 lasers across from 1515 Poydras to the Hyatt hotel one

week after Katrinia. The lasers provide 45mg of Internet and 27 PRI's.

Provided telecommunication to all the Federal response after the

storm, including organizing the delivery of diesel via helicopter to

the generator for our co location at 1515 Poydras.

. Wink Engineering; in New Orleans; Developed a Total Enterprise

Technology Architecture and implemented solution that connected their

business centers with Enterprise Operating System and integrated VoIP

for Unified Communications of all of their offices. Customer was

experiencing lack of service due to Hurricane Katrina. Through this

service offering we were able to get their business centers up and

running, with stability within 28 days. Supervised and installed the

installation of a new network for the customer including Supervision

of CCNE engineers, Cisco VoIP routers/phones, Cisco Call Manager,

Cisco switches.

ITCDeltacom 2-2000 to 12-2004

Technical Consultant Project Lead - Responsibilities included the design,

presentation and implementation of wide area networks, including

integration of security, voice, data, VoIP and Internet on the same

circuits.

Major Accomplishments include:

. Howard industries; Team leader for design and installation services of

multiple, Frame and Pt to Pt network installation, which included Data,

Internet and firewall, involving equipment such as 5270 emulation, Cisco

Routers, Switches and PIX Firewalls and Adtran routers. Project

documentation and instructions was 27 pages long.

. Touro Hospital; Project lead, in migrating the client's facility from a

trunk line implementation for telecomm services to redundant T1's. This

conversion included 2,000 plus DIDs and required working with a legacy

telephone switch that required the T1 WAN links to deliver AMDI/D4. The

implementation was managed such that the client experienced no downtime

during the transition.

Major Accomplishments include:

. Our Lady of the Lake RMC; Project lead for roll out of approximately 600

new PCs throughout the medical facility and subsidiaries. Implemented the

$4.5 million-dollar prime vendor contract. Brought together management,

vendors, leasing and services to provide a solution that had a higher

price than our competitor, yet provided more of what the customer was

seeking in a solution. Exxon; Established relationship and lead desktop

support team for 10 technicians.

. United Companies; Implemented a nation-wide install of Financial Firms

branches (167), revenue in excess of $6 million over 2 years. Provided

outsourcing for help desk, (10 Support personel) network design, support

and project management of branch role out and software upgrades.

. Amoco/ BP; Merged Novell network with Sun network to support over 300 end-

users.

. Children's Hospital; Designed and implemented a local area network.

Changed network topology from 10base2 to a "managed" network of 10baseT.

Included Synoptics equipment, new wiring for the hospital and Optivity
