Egypt, I had charged for erection, commissioning and maintenance work
as described below :-
1- From December 2010 up to January 2014
Job title (1st Job) :-Assistant Construction Manager, Working with Mitsubishi
Heavy Industries Co. LTD.
Scope of work :-Abu Qir Thermal Power Plant 2x650 MW
(Unit-6&7 Gas/Oil Fired)
:- Construction Coordinator, for Steam turbine generators &

condenser 2x 350 MW and its auxiliaries (CP-106) contract.
During construction period I involved to cover the following activities:-
1- Installation for turbine building bridge crane included function test and load test.
2- Construction coordinator between MHI, Client, Consultant and other contractors.
3- Installation of auxiliary equipments for steam turbine, Generator and Condenser.
4- Originator of all lifting plan for heaviest equipments.
5- Covers Scheduling planning & site coordination of mechanical work handling.

During construction period I involved to cover the following activities:-

Scope of work :-Nubareia Power station 2x750 MW (Nominal Combined Cycle)
Job duties :-Commissioning team leader covers start up for each
equipment such as heat run test, load run test for all steam
turbine/Generator auxiliaries.
Steam turbine start up included no load test and load rejection
Test and all test activities related to steam turbine starting
procedure.
Job title (2nd Job):-Warranty Engineer:- Cover warrantee period during plant
normal operation and support the client for any trouble shooting
occurred related to construction defects.
-Release the claim letter submitted from the client to get smooth
and normal operation.
-Submit weekly report to the client and monthly report to MHI
Japan.
-Site coordination between the client, consultant and Mitsubishi
head office for any updated trouble and schedules.
4- From July 2003 up September 2005
Job title :- Mechanical Chief Engineer, Working with Hitachi Plant
Engineering & Construction Co. LTD (HPC)
Scope of work :- Cairo North Power station 750MW (Combined Cycle)
Job duties :- Chief Mechanical Engineer covers Scheduling, planning&
Site coordination of mechanical Work handling, installation
and alignment of MITSUBISHI Gas Turbine & Generator
(2x250MW) and its auxiliary equipments.
Also involved as Site manger to install, assembly and alignment for Hitachi
Steam Turbine/Generator Project (1x250) MW as Follow:-
The main objective to ensure that all activities are carried out:
• In accordance with approved procedures, specifications, ITP requirements and
drawings;
• Using qualified and, when required, certified personnel for carrying out special
processes;
• Using materials which are kept under control from the receiving throughout the
entire working cycle;
• Performing all tests, measurements and inspections required by the Owner.
• All non-conforming/damaged materials are detected, identified and segregated
till resolution of the non-conformance.
5- From January 1997 up to July 2003
Job title :-Maintenance Engineer, Working with Arab Swiss Engineering
Co. (ASEC)
Scope of work :-Beni-Suef Cement Company (BCC)
National Cement Company (NCC)
Helwan Portland Cement Company (HPCC)
Job duties :-Maintenance engineer for mechanical equipments such as raw
mills, cement mills, Kiln, fans, Crusher and other auxiliaries
units for cement plant. Also involved for trouble shooting during
Plant operation and production.
6- From May 1996 up to Dec. 1996
Job title :-Steel fabrication engineer, working with KOBE STEEL CO.
Scope of work :-Alexandria National Steel Company (ANSDK)
Second Direct Reduction Plant (SDRP)
Job duties :-Revision workshop drawing before fabrication.
-Supervision for steel fabrication equipment’s for project
requirements at local fabrication vendors.
-Inspection for product quality including: -
Visual inspection, Welding inspection, Dimension inspection
and painting inspection.
-Supervision for erection work at site.
7- From Jan. 1994 up to May 1996
Job title :-Technical Assistant Engineer, Working with KAWASAKI
HEAVY INDUSTRIES.
Scope of work :-Beni-Suef Cement Company.
Job duties :-Technical assistant for Japanese supervisors during
Commissioning period and performance guarantee test.

-Site manger during guarantee period to release punch list&
operation remarks related to mechanical equipment’s.

TECHNICAL SERVES INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION
Scope of work :-Assiut Thermal Power Plant (1x300 MW)
Job duties :-Direct responsible engineer for installation and adjustment of
TOSHIBA steam turbine & generator and its auxiliary
equipment’s included boiler feed pump turbine, motorized feed
pumps, condensate extraction pumps, lubrication oil unit,
hydraulic oil unit, seal oil unit and other equipments supplied by
HAMON-SOBELCO CO.
-Responsible for steam turbine/generator and its auxiliary for
trouble shooting during commissioning period and performance
guarantee test.
9- From Aug. 1989 up to April 1990
Job title :-Mechanical Engineer, Working with SAE SADELMI CO.
Scope of work :-Damanhour Thermal Power Plant Extension (1x300 MW)
Job duties :-Direct responsible engineer for installation and adjustment of
INDSALDO steam turbine & generator and its auxiliary
equipment’s.
-Maintenance engineer for steam turbine/generator and its
auxiliaries during performance guarantee test.
10- From Nov. 1987 up to Oct. 1988

Job duties :- Site Engineer for erection work of mechanical equipments
