JOB DESCRIPTION:
• On-site diagnosis, isolation and assessment of computer related technical problems;
troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of PCs, laptops and printers of ICS external
clients.
• Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop & laptop
computing equipment and software.
• Perform pattern file updates for Firewall Server and Proxy Server. Repairing or upgrading
computer systems as needed.
• Responsible in IT Network Hardware (configuration, inventory and documentations) and
Maintaining IP Address. Orders computer supplies and other duties as required.
• Responsible for E-mail account generation and configuration. Provide onsite and remote
end user computing support. Supporting the roll-out of new applications
