for logistics and light industrial uses, total of 52 plots, 20% sold.

- Novo-Molokovo: 35 ha site, 375,000 m2 saleable area, of mid-rise mixed

use economy-class residential project, estimated number of units

2,856, project construction cost: $ 323M, CF EBITDA - $ 100M;

- Zapadnaya Dolina (Sanino): 82 ha site, low- to mid-rise mixed use

business-class residential project, estimated number of units 758.

Total investment over $ 200M;

CEO and Project Director. Sheremetevo-4 is an international JV project

company, created by the 50/50 partners - Limitless (Dubai) and RDI Group

(Moscow), specifically for mixed-use development of a master-planned

community "Zagorodny Kvartal" http://zagorodny-kvartal.ru/ for 14,200

residents near Moscow suburb town of Khimki. Total developed land area -

110 hectares, the site is located near international airport Sheremetevo,

on the bank of Canal of Moscow. Total anticipated investment is approx. $

2.1B, to be expended in phases over period of 10 years. Community is

comprised of combination of single-family and multi-family mid- to high-

rise (14-story) buildings, totaling 5,400 residential apartments with

530,000 m2 saleable area, and variety of public buildings, including total

of 65,000 m2 saleable area of retail and entertainment complex, office,

hospitality, schools/kindergartens, medical clinic, multi-story garages and

utility buildings. Development also includes providing the entirety of on-

site and off-site engineering utilities (power, gas, potable water, storm &

sanitary sewer, telecom).

The position entailed full company P&L responsibility, budgets preparation,

oversight and daily management of the 17-strong team of professionals,

covering all RE development activities range: financial & accounting,

design and approvals, marketing and sales, procurement and construction,

legal and administrative support. Reported monthly to the JV Board of

Directors.

BOVIS LEND LEASE, St. Petersburg, Russia

November 2007 - January 2009

Sr. Project Manager / Foundations and Infrastructure Construction Manager.

Okhta Center: Mixed Use Development for JV of Gazprom-Neft and Municipality

of City of St. Petersburg, Russia. Overseeing all below ground, utilities

and enabling works' design and construction management for a unique multi-

functional center to be developed around a twisting 396m tall Tower

building. Overall project site size - 4.3 ha, built area - 312,000m2 of

office and public space, overall project budget - $ 1.9B, of which below

ground portion is estimated at $ 450M. The project features 4.3 ha of 3

story deep underground car park and Tower/base building foundations made of

barrettes and/or piles up to 65m deep.

TISHMAN CONSTRUCTION CORP. of NJ, Newark, New Jersey

April 2006 - October 2007

Senior Project Manager. Managing Exterior Envelope Trades for a 157-unit

condominium project for Paramount Homes developer in Asbury Park, NJ. This

beachfront project consists of three interconnected high-end residential

buildings, sitting atop a common 2-story parking garage/utility room

podium. One- to three-bedroom luxury condos, townhouses and penthouses

range in size from 1,000 SF to 2,500 SF. Project's special feature is a

second floor rooftop garden plaza equipped with pool, spa and other common

amenities. The project's total GFA is 453,000 SF with the overall

construction budget of $ 82M.

HUNTER ROBERTS CONSTRUCTION GROUP, Bedminster, New Jersey

April 2005 - April 2006

Senior Project Manager. Involved in pre-construction and construction

management of several projects for the New Jersey office of a then start-up

CM/GC company.

Lead project manager/executive for a private urban redevelopment of 221-

unit residential project located in downtown Newark, NJ. "Village at

Newark" new student housing project consists of interconnected 13-story

177,300 SF residential building, 6-story 100,500 SF residential building

with retail on 1st floor and 5-level, 350-spaces, 126,100 SF parking

garage. The project budget was $57M. Lead a team of 5 project management

personnel plus off-site supporting staff. Reported to Vice President in

charge of New Jersey operations.

BOVIS LEND LEASE, Inc., Princeton, New Jersey

February 1997 - March 2005

District Manager for Abbott Schools Region 9 Program Management. This

executive-level position was responsible for all Irvington, NJ School

District capital improvements program. This New Jersey State-run program

involved multiple concurrent projects, building new and adding to /

upgrading existing school facilities to meet the State mandated

requirements, and to improve the learning environment for poor urban area

students.

The total construction budget for this School District was $205M, spread

over 4 years. Led a team of 12 management personnel plus supporting staff.

Reported to a Vice President.

Senior Project Manager for a new 123,000 SF Building 119 "Sample Repository

Facility" for Merck & Co., Inc. in Rahway, NJ. This 3-story facility

houses chemical compound management system on the 1st floor and lab space

on the second floor, as well as a full-size mechanical penthouse. Compound

management system involves automated sample storage, cold rooms,

laboratories, support areas and offices. The total construction budget for

this project is $45M. Led a team of 14 management personnel. Reported to a

Vice President.

Other projects included:

- new 96,000 SF building "Executive Quarters IV" at Bridgewater, NJ for the

Advance Realty Group. This 3-story 'A'-class core-and-shell office project

had construction budget of $7M.

- Trades PM. Assigned to Merck & Co., Inc. Rahway NJ site. Building 80B

Expansion Animal Research Facility was a 5-story addition to the

operational Animal Research facility, a $102M project.

-Office renovation - 90,000 SF for Dendrite Int'l, Inc. in Piscataway, NJ,

budget $6M.

- Rutgers Football Stadium Remediation Project, Piscataway, NJ. The

remedial work included in-place and precast concrete repairs, fence and

railing replacement, CMU walls remediation, structural steel repairs, steel

structure repainting, pressure grouting under the main concourse slab. The

total value of remedial work was $10M.

- Trades PM. Assigned to Merck & Co., Inc. Rahway NJ site. Building 800

Multi-Science Facility, a $140M research and development pharmaceutical lab

facility with associated 4-level Parking Garage. Responsible for design

management, procurement, trade sub-contracts preparation, daily site

management and schedule/cost/productivity control of Civil / Structural /

Building Trade Contracts totaling over $20M.

Construction Superintendent. Based at "Okhotny Ryad" Retail Center Project,

Moscow. Client - the Government of Moscow, the project budget - $350M

(without tenant fit-out). This was a new 4-level, 750,000 SF underground

shopping mall and associated new infrastructure and utilities relocation.

Project Engineer. Based at Stupino Food Plant Site, Moscow. Client -

Mars, Inc. (USA). Project value (without plant equipment) - $170M. New

food plant, national offices and supporting infrastructure on a 'green'

site.

MOTT MACDONALD CONSULTANTS Ltd., Croydon, United Kingdom

Design Engineer. Metro, Tunnel and Heavy Civil works design and site

supervision. Worked on various landmark projects, including the Channel

Tunnel, Heathrow Express, Medway Tunnel, St. Clair River Rail Tunnel (US -
