Drive), 1000hp Rig.

Worked on VFD systems (ZJ70DBS cyber chair rig)

Job Profile :

Checking the P&ID and Isometric drawings.

To involve in preparation of typical design drawings include Loop diagrams,

Process/Pneumatic Hook-ups, Termination diagrams, bills of materials & Interconnection

diagrams & bills of materials. Review and updated P & ID Development, Loop diagram,

Man-hour Estimation.

To prepare engineering method statement, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and the Close out

Dossier documents as assigned.

Writing Maintenance strategies to help with installation, commissioning.

Supervising the team on their job.

Good knowledge over the work- permits system in an oil and gas platforms.

Planning and organising in Instrument and Equipment erection.

Carrying on quality inspection on jobs.

Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned works.

Monitor and analyse the instruments in the site periodically

customer sites on DCS/PLC/SCADA systems.

Logistics Management – should carry the material for restoring the problem at site.
