Assist in the review and analysis of legal cases and documents. Draft
motions, office memos and other legal documents for attorneys based on the
legal research conducted. Assist attorneys with cases by conducting
investigations, developing case strategies and organizing evidence.

Practiced law under the supervision of state attorneys and handled
misdemeanor cases such as theft, drug, assault burglary, and disorderly
conduct with minimal supervision. Conducted legal research regarding legal
issues using Westlaw and Lexis. Gained experience with trial preparation
which included fact investigation, by calling victims and police officers,
preparing police liaison sheets, chemical laboratory request, using CJIS
database and case search. I also made sentencing recommendations for all of
my cases. Major Accomplishment: Called an entire docket of eleven cases
which included drug and victim cases, on my own, and conducted a bench
