Project: SHARE BAZAAR.

This project provides a portal to facilitate the communication between

company and customer involved in trading. Before discussing more about the

project we would like to answer some question that usually comes into the

mind of a person like What is Stock Exchange? And what is online trading?

And what is relevance of this project?

A stock exchange is simply a market that is designed for the sale and

purchase of securities of corporations and municipalities. This means that

a stock exchange sells and buys stocks, shares, and other such securities.

Online trading- Electronic trading eliminates the need for physical trading

floors. Brokers can trade from their offices, using fully automated screen-

based processes. Their workstations are connected to a Stock Exchange's

central computer via satellite. The orders placed by brokers reach the

Exchange's central computer and are matched electronically.
