1. SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Experience in teaching English as a second language courses at the college level (all levels, including
business English and translation (French to English and English to French). Many years of experience in
translation, human resources, training, coaching, consultation and business development in the
pharmaceutical industry.
Now that I have retired from teaching at CEGEP, I would like to continue teaching English as a second
language on a part-time basis and impart my knowledge of the language to students I will have the
opportunity and privilege to teach. I understand the principles of didactics and always endeavour to
employ innovative pedagogical/andragogical approaches. Furthermore, because of my experience in the
corporate world, I am able to create activities which have real-world relevance.
