I am a dedicated and experienced building maintenance technician with relevant experience working at rental properties and in an apartment complex setting and I love to fix things I have advanced knowledge in the following functions: carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, cement, masonry and roofing, and Preventative maintenance, repair, and EPA 608 TYPE I, II CERTIFICATION in HVAC. Appliance repair, grounds keeping, excellent problem-solving skills, and organizational skills. I am willing to go back to school for any essential technical degree.

Base Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 /Hour.
