I am a Property Accountant with extensive experience (10 years) in maintaining a portfolio of 15 18 apartment

communities. I have worked with such companies as Greystar Real Estate Partners, Equity Residential and

Buckingham Property Management prior to that. I relocated to Atlanta to pursue my opportunities as a property

management accountant and I would feel honored to become a party of your team.

My experience in the field entailed such duties as compiling and analyzing financial information in preparation

Experience Senior Property Accountant

The role of Senior property accountant entailed managing the

accounting aspect of a portfolio of 12-15 properties which were all fee

managed and owned by 3-5 clients. Under this position I was

responsible for analyzing and reviewing accounting and financial

resources for property acquisitions, dispositions, and closings.

Performing bank reconciliations and wire transfers for deposits, making

mortgage payments and distributions. Communicating with on-site staff

apartment communities throughout Arizona. My duties include review of

month-end general ledger reports, reconciling bank statements,

maintaining business license accounts, budget comparisons, security

deposit liability of tenants, and submitting commissions for property staff,

among others. While working at Equity I was involved in many major

projects which helped me in gaining a greater knowledge in how both the

property management and accounting fields correlate. These projects

included; acquisition and disposition of condominiums and capital project

management. Software used to complete my tasks include MRI Property

Management Software, and Microsoft Office.

Duties included accounts receivable (data entry of rent collected, Section

8 shares, etc.), accounts payable (data entry of invoices to be paid,
