success and profitability. Managed startup finances and venture capital for promotion and

sales for one of these construction manufacturing companies, increased revenues by more than a
factor of 10 in two years. Founded, managed, and grew a proprietary composite panel
manufacturing company to 200 employees and $50 million revenue in five years. Founded,
financed, and managed another proprietary composite panel manufacturing company to 500
employees and $132 million annual revenue in seven years, after designing and building the

completed $64 million dollar contracts for specialized water craft for the US
Coast Guard, US Army. Invented light weight armor protection for water
craft. Established a Joint Venture with Northrop - Grumman to develop a
specialized armor protected water craft for the US Navy. Conceived,
designed, build and launched the craft within six month.

Directed operations, strategic planning, administration, finance, engineering,
and fulfillment of this Canadian publicly traded high tech company.
Developed/implemented new business strategy, converted 100% of debt ($8.5
million) to equity while increasing shareholder and book value by 300%. Spun
off business division into a private pre IPO Corporation and raised venture
capital for operations in order to maximize upside for shareholders. Identified,
