sources (if required), data extraction from R/3, Flat file source systems.
• Reporting: Development BEx Reports using formulas, selections, structures, calculated key
figure, restricted key figure, Variables, Conditions, Exceptions, and Exception Aggregation etc.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: - Tenet Healthcare Corporation and Dell Services have long-running information
technology outsourcing relationship. Tenet’s PBAR Project at Offshore is providing Enhancements &
Production Support Services.
ROLE: Team Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• As a senior advisor working for Tenet Healthcare, involved in supervising and delivering
technical solution on various medium to large scale projects.
• Project Lead coordinated and implemented $10 million Healthcare Migration project for Tenet
Healthcare from IBM-Mainframe to IBM-Midrange. After successful completion of the project,
the annual maintenance cost of maintaining the integrated application on mainframe based system
was cut down significantly.
• Application development supervision using SDLC methodologies particularly waterfall and
Rapid prototyping, Offshore lead to validate the requirement and final delivery of various
modules to onsite. Scheduled and supervised intermediate as well as regular onsite and offshore
team meetings. Hands-on IBM ILERPG programming, SYNON/2E action diagraming and data
modelling.
• Also involved in pre-sales activities including help prepare proposals (RFP) providing cost and
time estimates, scope determination, resource requirement etc. I completed some of the RFS
response along with solution architecture and alternatives. Also worked on Statement of Work
(SOW) as part of contract detailing.
