> Monitoring Safety stock and remaintaining if necessary once in 1.8
months.
> Define reorder level and ensure that it's achieved.
> Negotiating with the Forwarders.
PURCHASING
> Responsible for 90% availability of trading articles to all customers.

> Running MRP and converting all SO's into PO's.
> Follow up with different vendor to ensure dispatch from the vendor.
> Coordinating with forwarder for the shipment of the materials.
> Follow up with customs and warehouse to ensure dispatch.

Entire process was controlled using SAP Software.
