Provided quality oversight at the construction site. Supported and led QAQC activities on LNG tanks, LNG
offshore terminal, jetty, and subsea pile installation. Supervised and coordinated the implementation of
Quality Management Systems (QMS) scaled for local small to medium size construction contractors.
Provided QAQC oversight of fabrication activities for: steel structures, mechanical equipment, vessels,
electrical, instrumentation, control systems, equipment insulation, cathodic protection system for tanks,
straight run pipe, and piping spool fabrication. QAQC oversight for welding, post weld heat treatment,
positive material identification and nondestructive testing. Day-to-day working knowledge of specific
industry codes and standards of the following organizations: ACI, ASME, API, NACE, AWS, AISC, SSPC,
NEC, and OSHA. Provided support for HAZOPS and change management. Provided QAQC support for
permitting with local regulatory agencies. Provided feedback to lessons learned process.
