SUMMARY

A Journeyman Mold Maker/ Tool and Die Maker, with 25 years

of work experience. In 2005 I received my Associates Degree of Applied

Science, Machining Technology Tool and Die Mold Making. While attending

college, I was on the Deans Honor Roll List. My abilities as a mold

maker/tool and die maker include, strengths in operation, repair,

innovative solution to worn damaged or new tooling and problem solving of

machinery. Tool room skills in (CNC) machining technology, plastic and mold

maintenance and design, milling, grinding, heat treatment (E.D.M.)

electrical discharge machine, tool designing, blue-print reading,

metallurgy, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, fixture and gauges

filing and polishing. Team player who has the natural ability to problem

solve, and is devoted to the craft that also performs at the highest

possible level concepts both learned and of own devise.

Die Setter - Machinist - Lead Man - Tool maker

. Operate computerized thirty to 600 Ton Tool and Die Presses

. Punching and Stamping of Steel

. Die and module changeovers

. Sharpen, repair and close tolerance tooling and repair

. Set up stamping presses

. Trouble shoot tooling issues

. Train new Press Operators and Apprentices to set up and operate

press machines and mill lathes and grinders.

. Business trip to Germany to work with German Kaiser Engineers

that instructed our team in operations of new computerized 600

ton presses while trouble shooting new tooling.
