Current- Project Manager

Studio Mai Interior Design, Los Angeles.

? Project Manager in corporate design and space planning specializing in

hospitality. Managed relations and coordination between clients' and

vendors'. Provided support to Production & Design team and Architects.

Budget management for FF&E, including all aspects building material

specifications, shop and production design drawings. Purchase Orders to

vendors and clients with associated budgets over $5M. Project sizes from

reconstruction of hotels and restaurants to full construction projects.

Project scheduling, correspondence, follow-up and punch list submittals and

specifications'. Coordination with shipping importing and exporting, LTL,

FTL, and Air Freight. Strong emphasis on internal administration;

invoicing, billing and problem solving.
