Job Description:

. Following and implementing 5S practice.

. Have a basic idea about HVAC system and BMS system.

. Handling overall the responsibility of the Block Maintenance of the

motor control center panel (MCC) and Power Control Center panels

(PCC), Transformers, D.G sets. Motors, UPS, Intercom telephones.

. Operation and maintenance of 11KV/440V Substation

. Maintenance of the AIR Circuit breakers, LBSs.

. Knowledge of FLP equipment like motors, light fittings, operating

equipment

. Handling the Variable Frequency Drives like Siemens, Toshiba

. Handling the Instrumentation like PID (Proportional integral

derivative) controllers with pneumatic valves and Transmitters like

pressure and Vacuum, DTI'S, DTC'S, RTD sensors, Hot water & Hot oil

temp controllers with solenoid valves.

. Ensure that electrical Jr. technicians are adequately trained,equipped so that the maintenance program Can be accomplished in a

safe,timely and cost-effective manner

. Attending shift breakdowns.

. Operation &maintenance of DG sets.

. Operation &maintenance of Fire Hydrant system, Fire alarm system
