This Ph.D. thesis is written under the direct coordination of Professor

Ph.D. Eugen Pincovschi Chief of the Department of Technologic Inorganic

Chemistry and Environmental Protection from Polytechnic University of

Bucharest.

In this scientific paper is presented some different titanates (like barium

IMPROVEMENTS AND INNOVATIONS DONE BY CONSTANTINE CONSTANTINIDIS AS CHIEF OF

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AT ZERO INTERNATIONAL BRONX NEW YORK

As head of research and development I have developed many new formulas of

fireproofing composites (known also as intumescent materials) that have

been produced and sold bringing millions of dollars in profit to the

company. Also I have developed fireproof paints and caulking,

phosphorescent rubber and epoxy composites, antislip thresholds, epoxy

composites for special uses (fiber glass/epoxy, carbon fiber, Kevlar,

polyurethane, bulletproofing and fireproofing for navy and army) and many

other improvements (too many to enumerate) who had raised the profit of the

company by tens of millions. I have scaled up from pilot size to production

different production lines resolving many complicated engineering problems.

PAPERS AND PATENTS IN WORK

I have in work a number of papers and patents as follows:

1)"Hydroelectric system for amortizing in automotives"

This paper is proposed for a patent and is based on the studies of Taylor

rings in high viscosity liquids particularly the viscosity modification of

liquid crystals and ferromagnetic fluids under electromagnetic fields.

This paper is written in collaboration with Professor Ph.D. Balan Corneliu

from the Department of Hydrodynamics from the Faculty of Mechanics,

Polytechnic University of Bucharest. The system is proposed of use in

improving of canon stability on the target in military applications.

2) "Holographic filters for surveying the aerial targets"

This paper is proposed for a patent and is based on the sensitizing

effects of the potassium dichromate on the thick layer photographic

gelatins and their expose to LASER systems in order to obtain a holographic

Image. This image is used to obtain a digital filter who coupled with a CCD-

chip is used for aerial targeting in self guided missiles.

The paper is written in collaboration with Lecturer Ph.D. Cojoc Daniel from

the Department of Fine Mechanics Polytechnic University of Bucharest.

3)"Pulses Chemical LASER system"

This paper is proposed for a patent and is based on the chemical
