I am seeking a Management, Supervisor position or safety with a company

Summary of Qualifications

Approximately ten years of scaffolding experience, starting at an entry

level position and with hard work and dedication have advanced to a

position in supervision. I also have 172 hours of OSHA safety training

and am committed to working safe and insure safety of coworkers as well.

Have experience putting together bid packages from small single bay

scaffolds up to large jobs such as bidding outages or work throughout

entire facilities.

ensuring Dow is not being over charged for E&D or rental,

Auditing scaffolds in field when erected to insure the highest quality

of work and safety for employees who will be accessing scaffolds.

Communicate with scaffold contractors managers do clarify any

discrepancies as far as billing, safety issues, and QC reports. Creating

and maintaining reports for construction manager to be able to track

cost of scaffolding also to communicate between unit coordinators and

contractors on removing scaffolds to cut rental cost and to assure

efficient use of contractors to avoid overages. Provide scaffold

estimates to construction managers to help with project take offs.

Follow all company policies and procedures hold meetings with

contractors to overview compliance issues within their company and

maintain a professional relationship with contractors by setting

exceptions and working together to better ourselves as a whole.
