I am responsible for the reporting and records. I am in charge of recruitment for all the 21 +
locations for Mobile Destination. I assisted sales associates with system and customer issues. I also

involved working with the base realignment and closure of Lone Star Ammunition Plant and Red River Army
Depot.

On days I didn’t have class or between jobs I substituted for teachers in grades K 12. I had to teach the
lessons for the day that the teacher has set aside for the class. I taught classes using lesson plans which had
been prepared by the teacher. I dealt with a variety of students and subject matter (i.e. science, math,
English, physical education, and others). I learned to deal with many different personalities in a group
setting. I was required to exercise good judgment and a professional demeanor in handling difficult
situations. I was called back for many repeat jobs by satisfied teachers and principals.
Sales Associate/Manager (summer job) 1998 –2005

I started work at Angel Awards waiting on customers, building and designing trophies. I became summer
manager supervising the employees.
My duties were to maintain a continuous survey of most commonly used items, initiating requisitions to
replenish stock as required. Verify identity and quantity of received items by checking against work orders
and copy of purchase requests. When requisitioned items are received, note shortages and/or wrong items
and initiate action through procurement sources to re order. I posses the ability to identify parts and
materials or assure acceptable substitutes to maintain production.
I assist with the acquisition of goods and services required of the business. I administer small purchases and
contracts in support of the day to day operations. This enables me the opportunity to gain experience in the
administrative and technical aspects of contracting and procurement. I analyze cost/price proposals and
entered into negotiations with various vendors throughout the United States.
I was responsible for maintaining a variety of subject matter files for the office assuring information was
readily available as needed. Used software and printing equipment to create, copy, edit, e.g., make insertions
or deletions or move material from one place to another; store; retrieve; and print a variety of standardized
