Overseen 30 storied office complex with malls, commercial complex 6 multistage cine complex with 3 basement floor

being constructed on Pile foundation 60 lakhs sq.ft built up area over 50 acres of land with all ancillary services /

Lighting management control etc.

The project cost is Rs. 1000 crores; this is an energy efficient land mark high tech building having external fasade with

structural glazing & aluminum cladding.

My role for recently constructed I.T Park at greater Noida, tech zone 9 of AMR INFRASTRUCTURES

LTD, NEW -DELHI is indicated below:

1. The prestigious IT park at greater Noida was built over an area of 50 acres of land. I was associated with

the project from the grass root level right from acquisition of land and land development and infrastructural

development work and the construction work started in January, 2004. The IT Park was built on Pile

foundation having group of 8 piles placed at 8.1 meter centre to centre and 8 piles connected with pile cap

and tie beam at different level and RCC columns was constructed on pile cap. The IT Park was having 6

multiplex, commercial complexes, IT office on each floor. The total built up area of it park was 60 lakhs sqft

having 18 storied height and with 3 basement floors. The IT Park was having 2 twin towers connected with

arrow bridges and having 16 lifts with common lift lobby connected with each tower. The architect of the

park was M/s Pradip Sharma and associates, and structural consultant M/s Junija Associates of New-Delhi.

MY ROLE AS PROJECT HEAD OF THE IT PARK IS INDICATED BELOW:

A. Scrutinizing all design and construction drawing submitted by consultant, liasoning with architect and

consultant., finalizing the working drawings for civil, electrical, fire-fighting, services drawings for water

supply, sewerage, external development, access control system, automation for lighting and AC through

B.M.S control system.

B. Execution of all civil works right from foundation level to superstructure, finishing work, structural

glazing works for external facad of IT Park

C. Lining up of agencies for civil, electrical. Services, including supply, erection and commissioning of 16

lifts with all control system, machine room etc.

D. Scrutinizing al the bills prepared by engineers in consultation with various agencies. Ensure quality

control for the entire wok as per relevant i.s standard.

E.TIMELY PROCUREMENT OF ALL MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR EXECUTION based on sequential

and concurrent activities as per progress of work. at site.

F. Monitoring the work-progress weekly/fortnightly/monthly as per work progress schedule submitted

by agencies and prepare catch up plan to cover the short fall if any by using prima-vera monitoring

package.
