Duties

> Witnessing and documenting the painting activities through the

preparation of daily inspection Reports, through raising RFIs,

inspection and documentation.

> Checking random surface profile readings on the blasted materials

with Testex tape and dust test as per ISO standard.

> Ensure that the paint equipment is adequate and meet the

specification.

> Checking the WFT during the paint application.

> Checking and recording the results of the dry film thickness and

carrying out visual inspection for any coating defects.

> Keep up to date notes of all phase of the work, do the report with the

requirements.

> Inspect the material samples at site to incorporate with the commented

approvals.

> Adhere to Quality Control & Quality Assurance policies and procedures.

> Co-ordinate with paint representative and client inspector on daily

basis to resolve any quality issues.

> Troubleshooting of coating problems.

> Final documentation.
