Checking the Consistency & Freeness and Maintain it as per Quality.
2002 APRIL to
2007 July: Approach Flow Operator (Pm1, P L C Plant )
Plant Description: P M with 240 T P D, Single Layer, Taking Craft Fluting,
Test liner,Unsize and UBCB.
Job Role: Receiving and Storing Pulp from the Stock Preparation and pass
it through the Double Disk Refiner (D D R) as per the Quality, Stock and
Supply the Whole Water for P M 1,Supply the Pulp to the Machine and
Receive and Re-use the Broke from the Machine, Re-use the White Water
from the Machine through the procedure of Cleaning by Disk Filter and D A F
Re-use the Recovered Fiber from the Disk Filter.
Highlights: Supplying the Chemicals for the whole Pulp and Water system,
Checking the Consistency and Freeness of Mixing and Machine chest,
Head Box & Tray Water and Calculating the Retention.
Little bit of Awareness about the Dry End quality.
