canter on behalf of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (MSABC). Made
outbound marketing and follow-up calls, assembled and mailed out marketing

fundraising events, made thank-you calls and offered educational

buildings. Was retained by new owners to continue managing the property
after it was sold by the Fleicshmann family in 2010.
Performance Cut energy bills 7%; saved $32K annually.
Improvement & Saved over $18K annually on building supplies, HVAC, elevator, and
cell phone contracts.
Cost Introduced MRI work order and preventive maintenance (PM) system.
Reduction Results: Slashed turnaround time on maintenance work from 7 days to

productivity by keeping equipment up and running properly at all
